Eligibilty for the Western

Intending students for the
undergraduate programmes are those that have applied and written the 2014 UTME Examination and have obtained the prescribed National minimum cut-off
score.

Candidates who did not choose this University as
their first or second choice
can apply.

Candidates for Direct Entry into the Degree Programmes are also
requested to apply.

Admission Requirements
Into Western Delta Uni.
Undegraduate Programme
2014/2015 The minimum entry requirements for admission into Western Delta University are GCE O/Level, SSCE,.NECO or NABTEB credit level passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics and
three (3) other relevant
science or social science
subjects obtained at not
more than two sittings.

For Direct Entry
Candidates: Direct entry candidates are
expected to possess a good
Diploma (with minimum of
lower credit), NCE (with
minimum of merit), from
recognized institutions OR 2 Advanced Level GCE passes in
relevant subjects. Also,
intermediate passes in ICAN,
ACCA, ICMA and CIBN
examinations are accepted
for Accounting and Banking and Finance. DE candidates
for Western Delta Uni. are
expected to have obtained
Direct Entry Admission

Naira only ) at any branch of the underlisted Banks

b. Scan a copy of the
payment teller, and send it
with your mobile phone
number to admissions@
wdu.edu.ng

c. An email and text
containing a Serial No and
PIN will be sent
immediately to you.

d. Thereafter, visit www.wdu.edu.ng/ewdu to login with the Serial No
and PIN received from WDU

e. Fill the Application Form
and submit online.

f. After submission, you are
required to print the
Acknowledgement Slip and
come with it to the
Screening Centre in the
University. OR a. Application Forms are
always available at the
Admission Office, Western
Delta University, Oghara,
Delta State.
b. Application Forms will
also be available for sale on
the day of screening at the
Screening Centres. Note : Evidence of payment should be brought to the
