University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State, UNIMED Admission Screening Date And Registration Deadline For The  2016/2017 Academic Session Has Been Announced. The management of University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State (UNIMED) has announced the screening schedule and registration deadline for the 2016/2017 admission exercise.

Screening Registration Deadline: Registration closes September 30th, 2016.

SCREENING SCHEDULE

Screening Exercise Dates: Wednesday 12th – Friday 14th October, 2016 starting by 9:00am daily

Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry and Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences	12th & 13th October, 2016
Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Science and Direct Entry Candidates	14th October, 2016

Venue: MIS Centre, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo CityALSO NOTE THAT i. All candidates are requested to bring along the following items to the screening venue:
a) JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration Slips for Direct-Entry Candidates;
b) Depositor’s copy of Bank Teller;
c) Print – out of e-Tranzact payment receipt (collected from Bank)
d) Printed copy of the completed UNIMED Admission Screening Exercise Online Registration Form
e) JAMB Scratch Card
f) WAEC / NECO Scratch Card

iii. Any candidate who fails to present himself/herself for the Admission Screening Exercise will NOT be considered for admission.
