UI Fresh Students Medical Screening

 

This is to inform all the students offered provisional admission into the University of Ibadan (UI) various undergraduate programmes that the authorities of the institution have released the procedure for the screening, screening schedule, activities at the screening centre, Xray centres and designated screening centres for the 2020/2021 academic session.

A) PROCEDURE FOR THE 2020/2021 SCREENING EXERCISE

The medical screening exercise will commence when the university announces the resumption date.

However, you are expected to do the following:

  1. Register and fill your medical form online at jajaclinic.ui.edu.ng, as from 16 August 2021
  2. You would be assigned to a radiological centre after payment of the required fee.
  3. X-rays STRICTLY at the centre designated to your faculty.
  4. Do not come back to the clinic until you receive a text message and an email informing you of the date you have been assigned for your medical screening (kindly print and bring this email).

*kindly note the following:
*This form is different from the one you have previously filled on the university website and is the only form going to be use for the 2020/2021 student medical screening.

* You are not expected to print this form or any form online. Your medical screening exercise would be done electronically.

**Note for those who RESIDE outside of IBADAN,

You can REGISTER TO CREATE an ACCOUNT and fill the form. Once you resume you can begin your medical screening.

UI Medical Screening Registration Process

UI Undergraduate Students Medical Screening will commence on 16 August 2021. This exercise will run for four (4) weeks.

Each student is to pay a sum of Three Thousand Naira only (N3,000.00) to the Unibadan Microfinance Bank to cover consultation and laboratory investigations during this exercise.

In addition, each student will pay the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (N2,500.00) at their respective assigned Xray centre.

    I have 4c6 2b2 1b3 2c4 in waec and I have 290 in jamb am I free 2 go for medicine and surgery in ui or beta still nursing
