DLC Computer Certificate Thereafter go to Records Unit of Distance Learning Centre, University of Ibadan for Clearance.

    Write a letter to the Deputy Registrar, Distance Learning Centre, University of Ibadan requesting for change of passport photograph and attach your Passport photograph and any of the following: Nigeria Passport or National Identity Card or Driver’s License.
