SCHOOL REOPENING: Expect announcement on resumption, OOU tells students

The management of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU)_ , Ago – Iwoye , Ogun State has called on its students and visitors to the institution to expect the formal announcement on the exact date for resumption of academic activities in the University very soon.

The University Registrar , who is Femi Ogunwomoju , in a statement on Monday , said necessary actions and protocols were being taken to ensure the safe reopening of the University.

The statement states partly , “The management was aware of the recent directive by the state government for tertiary institutions in the state to resume from September 21 , 2020.

“Parents , guardians and students , are advised to be prepared for the formal announcement on resumption by the university. Necessary actions and protocols are being taken to ensure safe reopening of the University.”
