OAU Admitted A Total Number of 7,500 Students for 2015/2016 Session
Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU Ile-ife Admitted A Total Number of 7,500 Students During The 2015/2016 Academic Session Matriculation Ceremony of The Institution Held Last Week.
Speaking at the event, the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Anthony Elujoba, who was represented by theChairman committee of Deans, Prof. Adeagbo Amusan, urged the students to conform to all school rules and conducts as their allegiance to the school’s authority.
Amusan made the fresh students understand that the matriculation has made an indelible mark in their life cycle. He encouraged the students to shun secret cult groups and wrong associates and start defining a future for themseles.
“This matriculation determines how your sojourn in the university is determined. Note that the major aim of coming to the university is starting a future for yourself and family. Let every minute of your time be wisely allocated and spent”, he added.
