NYSC Batch A Passing Out Parade Holds 12th Feb, 2015
This is to inform all 2014 batch” A” Corps
Members that the Passing Out Parade (POP)
will be on the 12th of February, 2015 while
collecting of discharge Certificates would be
on 2nd, March, 2015.
This was made know by the Director-General
of the National Youth Service Corps NYSC,
Brig. Gen. Johnson Olawunmi.
Olawunmi said that the reason for this is
because of their involvement in the General
Elections.
The NYSC director said, “You all know it that
corps members have become part of the
electoral process in Nigeria and one thing
that is certain is that since corps members
have started taking part in elections in
Nigeria, you will all accept and agree with
me that our elections have continued to get
credibility more than it used to be before we
started participating”.
He however, asserted that the passing out
parade ceremony will be on a low scale due
to security reasons in many states in the
country.
