The management of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) wishes to inform all newly admitted students that they are to commence registration from Monday, 28th September 2015 to Monday, 12 October, 2015.

1. Steps for Screening

a. Data Capture
On Arrival, the admitted candidate will proceed to www.nsuk.edu.ng, select Prospective Student, and click on UTME Data Capture link for UTME candidates, while DE(Direct Entry Candidates) will select DE Data Capture link. At this point you will be required to verify your Admission using your Jamb/DE Number and filling the necessary details as may be required.

Note: Returning candidate should login through this link: http://nsuk.edu.ng/returning-applicant-login/ by selecting Undergraduate.

b. Payment for Acceptance Fee
At the point of submission, you will have an ID attached to you and re-login to accept admission. Print your Payment Invoice for Acceptance fee of N5,300.00k, go to Bursary to get a payment teller and proceed to any of the following Banks : Diamond, Ecobank, UBA, Keystone, Skye, Unity, FCMB, Zenith, First Bank, Ask to pay through e-transact Platform. After payment is made, return to the website to confirm your payment following the instruction in Step “a” and enter your invoice number for payment verification.Wait to print your Admission letter and Screening form.

c. Result Verification
Proceed to the Academic Office with the screening form and your credentials for certificate verification.

d. Departmental Screening/Faculty Screening
Proceed to the Head of Department and Faculty Officer for screening using the verified results.

e. Final Clearance
After clearance at the department and faculty, the student should proceed to pay fees by printing their invoice.
Note: if you are changing course do not proceed for this final clearance. Once you are cleared to pay fees, you can no longer Change Course

2. Paying of School Fees

Visit; www.nsuk.edu.ng under Prospective Student tab, click on New Student Pay Fees, select New Undergraduate Student. Wait for the page to load. Enter your Candidate/Applicant ID(This is generated for you during Data Capture), and click on Get Fee Details. The fees due for your Student category will be displayed.

Download and Print a copy of the Payment Invoice and proceed to Bursary to get a customized teller, and take it to any branch of the designated bank below:
UBA, Diamond Bank, Ecobank PLC, First Bank, Unity Bank, Skye Bank, Keystone Bank, FCMB, Zenith Bank.

Note: You will be required to pay additional fees of
i. Portal Access and Internet Charges = 4,000
ii. Transaction Charges = 300

Upon successful payment at the bank, you will be given a payment slip which contains a confirmation number. Return to the portal with this and follow the procedure above. Select the e-tranzact Pin Vending option and click on pay fees. This will take you to a page, enter your invoice no/payeeID and click on verify. After your payment has been verified, you will be required to print your school fees receipt and also a PIN will be automatically generated for you with which you will be required to register your courses.

3. Profile Update and Course Form Registration

Still on www.nsuk.edu.ng, select Portal Login under Current Students use the combination of your Number and the PIN obtained after your payment has been successfully verified and school fees receipt printed. Login and update your profile, also register all your required courses as the case may be.
Note: Please, make sure you keep your PIN as it will be required for your session long access to the Portal.

Late Registration: 12th to 23rd October, 2015. (Additional Fees of N5,000.00k):

Please note that the Portal will be closed by mid night 23rdOctober, 2015 and students will only be able to check registered courses. Any add and drop of courses must be done within this registration period. Failure to register within this registration period will amount to forfeiting the Academic Session.
