administration’s resolve to enhance
intelligence driven-policing.

He went further and said, the intelligence school has been shut for the past one year and once you cannot drive the internal security management through intelligence, then, you will be groping in the dark.

Arase reiterated his warning against
mounting of road blocks in the country by
the force, adding that it would henceforth
hold Police Commissioners and Area
Commanders responsible for violation of
the order.

squad on illegal road block throughout the
federation as part of efforts to eliminate
corruption in the force.

would not tolerate undue detention of
suspects in police cells.
