Lagos State University, LASU Has Suspended Four Students from The Institution For Cultism
According To news reaching ngschoolz.com team, we learnt that The management of the Lagos State University (LASU) has suspended four students from the institution over cult related activities.
In a statement released from the institution on Saturday, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. ‘Lanre Fagbohun approved their suspension from the university pending their arraignment before the Students’ Disciplinary Committee.
The students were alleged to have engaged in improper conduct, likely to cause a breach of peace on the campus and suspected cult-related activities by abducting a co-student from his hostel for initiation.
According to the statement, the students are from the Management Technology, Social Studies, Economics and LASSED departments respectively.
The suspended students are also warned not to participate in any academic or social related activities of the university until the suspension is lifted.
