Kidnapped Delta Poly Lecturer By Unknown Gunmen Has Been Released

Good news reaching NGSchoolz Team today, read thus; A lecturer at the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro, Mr. Chike Gbemudu, who was kidnapped a fortnight ago by unknown gunmen has been released.

Gbemudu was released on Wednesday, after spending 2 weeks with the kidnappers who demanded for a N20 million ransom fee.

It was revealed that the lecturer regained his freedom after the payment of a certain amount of money

In his reaction, the Police Public Relations Officer in Delta state, Celestina Kalu confirmed that Gbemudu had been released and is receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.
