JAMB Subjects Combination for Arts, Commercial, Social Sciences Students, In our recent post, we explained the minimum requirement science students must possess before embarking on 2016 JAMB UTME registration. The aim of this post is to explain the minimum requirement required of arts, commercial and social sciences candidates before they also embark on the 2016 JAMB UTME registration.
All candidates irrespective of their selected course of study must have credit in five relevant subjects in the appropriate WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/Teachers’ Grade II examination.

Art students
planning to purse courses like Law, Philosophy, Linguistics and the rest must possess a minimum of 5 ‘O’level credit passes to include English Language, Lit. In English, Mathematics and any other three Arts/Social Science subjects.
Commercial students
planning to pursue courses like Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration and the rest must possess a minimum of 5 ‘O’level credit passes in English, Mathematics, Economics and any other relevant subjects.
Social Science students
planning to pursue courses like Economics, Political Science, Psychology and the rest must possess a minimum of 5 ‘O’level credit passes in English, Mathematics, Economics, and any other relevant subjects.
