This allows for candidates to request for change of course or Institution

After my change of origin and local government… I couldn’t print out the indemnity form that needs to be signed and submitted to jamb office. WWhat can I do?
What error message are you getting whenever you want to print?
After payment I got a pop up that the change was successful, I clicked on the OK button after that the page went blank, tried refreshing same thing

I did changing of local government and is over a week now it hasn’t reflect
So today I printed my result think I would have change but it didn’t and is showing minus sign at the top of the
wrong local government
