After my change of origin and local government… I couldn’t print out the indemnity form that needs to be signed and submitted to jamb office. WWhat can I do?

After payment I got a pop up that the change was successful, I clicked on the OK button after that the page went blank, tried refreshing same thing

I did changing of local government and is over a week now it hasn’t reflect
So today I printed my result think I would have change but it didn’t and is showing minus sign at the top of the
wrong local government
Sir,is it possible to do correction of local govt of origin after registering for screening/after the screening result has been released??
