JAMB Announces Date for Release of 2015/2016 Admission Cut-off Mark(Official)
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation
Board (JAMB) have announced that it will hold its 2015 Policy meeting to determine cut-off marks for admission of candidates into tertiary institutions on Tuesday July 14, 2015.
This was disclosed by JAMB’s Public Relations Officer, Mr Fabian Benjamin, who said that the meeting defines the criteria for the year’s admissions into higher institutions.
He added that the cut-off points are arrived
at after extensive deliberations with vice-
chancellors of universities, provosts of
colleges of education, rectors of polytechnics, monotechnics as well as
innovative enterprise institutions and other
stakeholders.
Prospective Post UTME candidates are to
note that the Jamb utme cut off mark is the
minimum cut-off for tertiary institutions in
Nigeria and some schools reserves the right
to review their own cut-off mark upwards
depending on the number of candidates
that qualified for post utme.
