The major drive behind this post is to quickly prepare our mind in other for us not to fall victim of what affected some people in 2015. If you are conversant with me here, you will notice one of my update on practical guides on how to secure admission in 2016.

What we will be discussing now is quiet different and be most helpful to you. I have noticed something in most of us and that is in the aspect of our jamb score. Immediately our school cut off mark for jamb is 200 and we unfortunately score below it, we just personally write our admission off which is very bad.

Time they say waits for no man, this is the time we have to pursue everything we intend to acquire in life and if we become wary, we will only be building a mansion for failure towards the future.

I will be dropping some alternative ways through which we can secure our admission irrespective of our low jamb score and please be informed that this is not a go ahead for you to relent in your study but just incase.

I want to believe we know that ;

» University Cut Off Mark Ranges From 180 – 200 above.

» Polytechnic Cut Off Mark Ranges From 150 above.

With this, the next thing I will like to inform you about is how to play your cards if you end up having a low mark.

Let’s Kick It :-

1. Obtain A Change Of Course Or Institution :-

Probably after your utme you discovered you had a low score, don’t get disappointed and give up, opt in for a change of course or institution.

• You need to first look at your score,

• Check the cut off mark of the school you want to opt in for,

• Change your course to anyone with lower cut off within the same institution,

• If none, look out for institution with lower cut off to your score and opt in.

Don’t be surprised about this. I have given this article here on ngschoolz,in quiet a number of times that there are institutions that give supplementary admission to students who did not pick them in jamb.

All you need to do is watch out for this schools, immediately they bring out this form, you go for it and remember, you will also be processing those you chose in jamb.

Here Are The List Of Some Of Them :

• Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH)

• Ekiti State University (EKSU)

• Enugu State University of Science and Technology(ESUT)

• Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu

• Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD)

• Gregory University, Uturu

• Lagos State University (LASU)

3. Consider A Polytechnic :-

You will be exhibiting the highest level of hypocrisy when you say you can’t go to a polytechnic and yet you have no admission to the university while others are through with their ND level and processing their DE.

Your degree only stay where you want it to. Do your ND and after that go for DE or have your HND and go for postgraduates.

Other ways to secure admission includes

4. Pre Degree.
5. I Jamb,
6. Diploma.

we love comments and will be glad to help you attain your desired point
