ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who scored a minimum of 180 marks in the 2015 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), conducted by the Joint Admissions Matriculations Board (JAMB), are eligible irrespective of their most preferred choice Institutions.
Candidates who has been given admission should not apply
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are required to:
i.) Pay N6000.00 through e-Tranzact to FUTA account
ii.) Visit the University’s website (www.futa.edu.ng) for the admission requirements and mode of payment for application;
iii.) Complete and submit the University Post-UTME Application Form online; and
iv.) Print out a copy.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for payment, completion and submission of the application form online is 3rd November, 2015.
EXAM DATE : 5th and 6th November 2015

MODE OF PAYMENT FOR APPLICATION
Interested candidates are requested to:
(1) Pay the sum of ₦6,000.00 (Six Thousand Naira) only using e-transact platform at any of the following Banks:

(2) Note the CONFIRMATION CODE that is generated on the e-transact receipt you receive from the bank.
(3) Thereafter, use the UTME Registration Number and the Confirmation Code on the e-Transact receipt obtained from the bank to log on to the FUTA website and complete the application form online appropriately.
