FULAFIA Change of Course Form 2015/2016 is Out
Federal University, Lafia, FULAFIA change of course/supplementary admission form for the 2015/2016 academic session is out. No payment is required.
This is to inform all the candidates that participated in the last post UTME screening exercise conducted by the Federal University, Lafia (FULAFIA) that the management of the institution is inviting those that are yet to be admitted to apply for alternative courses.

FULAFIA Change of Course Procedure.
Candidates who applied for admission into the under listed courses but were not successful may wish to apply to be considered for admission into alternative courses as specified below:

All applications which must be addressed to The Registrar, should be scanned and sent along with “O” level results for verification by e-mail to on or before Friday October 23, 2015.

Awaiting result candidates at the time of the Post UTME exercise, who now have credits in relevant “O” level subjects are required to scan and send their most recent “O” level result(s) and scratch card(s) for verification.
