FUKASHERE Matriculation Ceremony Schedule, Procedure for Hiring of Academic Gowns & Issuance of Oath Forms 2018/2019

The management of the Federal University of Kashere (FUKASHERE) wishes to inform staff and students especially , fresh students that the 2018/2019 Matriculation Exercise has been re-scheduled.

FUKASHERE Matriculation ceremony will now hold on Friday, 26th April. 2019 by 4:00 pm at the University Convocation Square.

To this end therefore, all fresh students arc hereby directed to strictly comply with the following before the Matriculation date:

• Completion of all Registration and Documentation: Every fresh student must ensure that he she is fully registered and documented at lus her Department and the Admissions Office on or before Tuesday, 16th April, 2019.
• Payment of N1,000:00 Only for the Hiring of Academic Gown and Issuance of Oath Form: All Matriculating Students must pay at the Cash Office of the Bursary Department the sum of N1.000:00 being the cost for the hiring of an Academic Gown. A receipt of payment must be presented to the respective Faculty Officers before the Gown and Matriculation Oath Form is issued to the students. Payments and collections of the gowns together with the Oath forms would go concurrently from Tuesday, 23rd to Thursday, 25th April, 2019.
• Returning of Academic Gowns and the Matriculation Oath Forms: Every Matriculating Student must ensure that he she returns the Academic Gown and the filled Matriculation Oath Form to the Faculty Officer latest by Monday, 29th April, 2019. It should be noted that failure to return the Academic Gown on the stipulated date attracts extra charges of N200:00 each day.

NB: Members of Senate, Congregation, Matriculating Students from Faculties to be led by the Faculty Officers arc to assemble around the Convocation Square. The procession will start moving by 3.45 pm while the exercise commences at 4:00 pm prompt, please.
