Federal Poly Bida Implements NBTE New Grading System
Federal Polytechnic Bida, BIDAPOLY implements National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) new grading system.
The Academic Board of the Federal Polytechnic Bida has approved the implementation of the new NBTE grading system with effect from the 2015/ 2016 session.
Consequently, all Course Lecturers and Examination Officers are, hereby, advised to strictly adhere to the new grading system in scoring and computing student’s performances with effect from the 2015 / 2016 first semester exams as detailed below:

40% – 44% | E | 2.00 |
Below 40% | F | 0.00 |

3.50 and above | Distinction |
3.00 – 3.49 | Upper Credit |
2.50 – 2.99 | Lower Credit |
2.00 – 2.49 | Pass |
