Eastern Palm University,EPU Ogboko in Ideato South, Imo State Has Been Approved By National University Commission, NUC

A recent statement wich was released to Pressmen from th office of the Special Assistant on Information & Communications Technology, ICT to the Imo State Governor, has revealed that the National University Commission, has granted the license of a new university to operate in Imo State – The Eastern Palm University, Ogboko.

Here’s what was contained in the brief statement below:

Today in the National University Commission, NUC, Gov Rochas Okorocha received the operating license to a brand new university, Eastern Palm University, Ogboko in Ideato South, Imo State; a Private – Public Partnership between the Imo State Government and some stakeholders.

Imo State is a state known for producing the highest amount of JAMB candidates in Nigeria with few chances to take them owing to the few number of universities in the state.

With the granting of the license to operate to the Eastern Palm University, Imo indigenes can now heave a sigh of relief as chances of gaining admission in the university has increased.
