Enter your course codes (e.g. MTS 101) in the first column. Enter the corresponding score i.e. what you scored in the course, in the middle column. Type the exact score e.g. 75 instead of the grade A. In the third column, enter the corresponding course units.

The table below should be clear for you to comprehend. It's a designation table for the scores, grade points and grades used by most schools. Others might differ but never in calculation.

We had to clarify this because we understand that some schools use grading systems that further break down each division. For example, some schools not only have the A grade, but also the AB or BA grade if you score, say 65. This means that they multiply the unit by 4.5 instead of 4.
