Baze University Post UTME Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

As part of the statutory requirements for entry into Nigerian Universities, candidates must have sat for the current year’s Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and have achieved the prescribed cut-off marks.

Furthermore, applicants are urged to make sure that their UTME subject combination aligns with the programme they intend to study at Baze University. Those who did not initially choose Baze University during the 2023 JAMB UTME registration, but wish to be admitted, are advised to change their 1st choice Institution to Baze University at any JAMB Office or any JAMB certified Cyber Café.

Baze University also conducts a Post UTME Screening Exercise, which applicants must successfully complete to be considered for admission.

Admission Requirements

The minimum entry requirements for admission into Baze University are credit passes in 5 subjects at the SSCE/GCE O’ Level/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent obtained at not more than two sittings. These must include English Language, Mathematics, and other subjects relevant to the chosen course of study.

How to Apply for Baze University Post UTME Form

Baze University does not operate on application deadlines, meaning that prospective students can apply at any time. Applicants are, however, advised to be truthful in their applications as inaccurate or fraudulent information could lead to the withdrawal of an offer of admission.

After Submitting Your Application

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation via email. If you don’t receive this, log into your application to verify successful submission.

Upon receiving your application, the Undergraduate Admissions office will send it to the relevant department for assessment. Generally, this process takes a few working days. The outcome of your application will usually be communicated to you around one to two weeks from your submission date.
