Bayero University Kano Gets N200 Million Grant For Nuclear Energy Research
This was disclosed by the Vice Chancellor that the Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has gotten a N200 million grant for the procurement of Nuclear Research equipment.
According to the Vice Chancellor of
BUK, Prof. Abubakar Rasheed, during a
news conference on the forthcoming 31st
Convocation Ceremony of the institution.
Prof Rasheed added that the University has
already sent some lecturers abroad to
obtain a PHD in Bio Technology and return
to take charge of the centre.
On the convocation, the VC said it will focus
on the topic; ‘New Government Transition,
Realities, Expectations and Challenges’.
