Apply for UBA National Essay Competition 2015, UBA essay competition 2015 application now ongoing. The United Bank for Africa (UBA) has announced the opening of entries for the 2015 National Essay Competition.
The competition, an initiative of the UBA Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of the bank, promotes creative and analytical thinking in senior secondary pupils in Nigeria.

UBA Essay Competition Topic:
‘What matters most to you in life and why’
Entry Requirements:
1. Applicants must attach copies of their original birth certificates or photocopies of international passport data page.
2. Applicants should send in hand written essay entries of not more than 750 words on the competition topic.
3. Applicants must submit their contact information (school name & address, residential address, phone number and email address)
4. Applicants may only send in entries if they intend to attend a Nigerian University
Prizes:
The three winning finalists, who will be selected by assessment in the hands of notable Nigerian academics, will get educational grants to study in African universities of their choice.
i) Winner – N1,000,000.
ii) 1st runner-up – N750,000.
iii) 2nd runner-up – N500,000.
