The University of Wollongong is offering applicants for Law Undergraduate Scholarship, Humanities and Arts. The Law Undergraduate Scholarship are offered for over the minimum period of the degree.

The Law Undergraduate Scholarship worth the value of $4,000 pa ($12,000 – $20,000). The Law Undergraduate Scholarship application due date is 30th September 2015.

The Faculty Scholarships acknowledge high-achieving students at UOW. Scholarship recipients are expected to satisfy a diplomatist role for the school by actively collaborating in Faculty-hosted events and become committee members of the Faculty’s Student and Employees Association.

Scholarship Eligibility:

1. Applicant must enroll in a full-time degree or double degree offered by the Faculty of Law, Humanities and the Arts.
2. Outstanding academic achievement based on most recent academic records
3. Motivation and interests, particularly in relation to nominated UOW degree and career path
4. Communication and interpersonal skills
5. Evidence of leadership and participation in other areas, e.g. school and community activities, the arts, employment, sports
6. A minimum ATAR of 95*

Number of Scholarships: 8 Scholarships are offered.

Scholarship Duration: Scholarships are offered for over the minimum duration of the degree.

Scholarship Worth: Scholarship has a value of $4,000 pa ($12,000 – $20,000).

Selection Criteria For The Law Undergraduate Scholarship:

1. Commencing study in 2016 as a first year (no previous enrollment at UOW) full-time undergraduate student at UOW (unless advised otherwise).
2. Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident or holder of an Australian Humanitarian Visa.
