The management of the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, [also known as Federal Medical Center (FMC) Azare Bauchi State] has commenced the sale of application forms for admission into its nursing programmes for the 2021/2022 academic session.

• Five (5) credits at SSCE/WAEC/NECO O/Level in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry at not more than two sittings.

How to Apply for Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences Nursing Programme Admission Form

Interested candidates should come to the Administrative Block in the College at Bamako for the purchase of the form at the cost of a non-refundable fee of N5,000 (Five Thousand) Naira only.

Please note that the sales of admission forms will begin from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily.
